First initial meeting is free. My advisory fee is based upon the size of the account of portfolio being managed. Business planning, budgeting, etc. are charged on a case by case basis depending upon the scope of the work. My hourly standard rate is $250 an hour. I charge $250 a year for 401K consulting. Financial plans start at $1,000 and increase depending upon the scope of the work. Some products pay a commission. I am paid directly by the company not the client. I will always be upfront with you on how much you are paying before any work begins.

I have my Series 7 registration (General Securities Examination). This license allows me to help my clients with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETF’s, CD’s, REIT’s, options and other investments.
I have my Series 63 registration (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination). This examination covers the principles of state securities regulations reflected in the Uniform Securities Act.
I have my Series 66 registration (Uniform Combined State Law Examination). This license allows me to help my clients with investment advice and consulting. A person with a Series 66 is usually referred to as an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative).
I have my Life and Health licenses. These licenses allow me to help my clients with their life and health insurance needs.

Because we are an independent financial services, we can use any investment as long as it’s not proprietary products. I use a product agnostic approach to investing. I strive to provide quality, cost-effective products. I like to use equities when possible because it helps keep the cost lower than using other products such as mutual funds, exchange traded funds and insurance products. I generally like to use companies such as Vanguard, iShares, and Fidelity to name a few. I have worked numerous mutual funds and exchange traded funds such as American Funds, Ariel, Baron, BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, Harris Oakmark, Hodges, Invesco, Janus, J.P. Morgan, Lazzard, Mellon, Oppenheimer, Neuberger Berman, Pimco, T. Rowe Price, Vanguard and many others. Yes, I have multiple models based upon each client’s specific needs. Typically models are broken up in several categories:
Active Investing is buying quality investments, monitoring and changing them on a proactive and ongoing basis. This requires a lot more hands on and time and attention. Passive Investing is often referred to as “buy and hold.” Using passive investing approach I invest in quality investments and hold them for longer periods of time based upon a client’s unique risks, needs and desires.

My services are customized to help each client meet their specific needs. Typically I meet with our clients on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. I also realize that there are special times and events in life that require us to meet more often.
