This code of ethics is an expression of the financial planning professional’s recognition of its responsibilities to the public, to clients, to colleges and to their employers. These principles guide all Hutton Wealth Management team members and outline the professional services standard they strive to achieve.

Integrity – Hutton Wealth Management shall offer and provide professional services with integrity, honesty and loyalty.

Objectivity – Hutton Wealth Management shall be objective in providing professional services to clients.

Competence – Hutton Wealth Management shall provide services to clients competently and maintain the necessary knowledge and skill to continue to do so in those areas in which we are professionally serving.

Fairness – Hutton Wealth Management shall perform professional services in a manner that is fair and reasonable to clients. They shall also disclose conflict(s) of interest(s) in providing such services.

Confidentiality – Hutton Wealth Management shall not disclose any confidential client information without the specific consent of the client unless in response to proper legal process, to defend against charges of wrongdoing by HFA or in connection with a civil dispute between HFA and a client.

Professionalism – Hutton Wealth Management’s conduct, in all matters shall reflect credit upon the profession and this establishment.

Diligence – Hutton Wealth Management shall work diligently in providing professional services. Diligence is the provision of services in a reasonably prompt and thorough manner. Diligence also includes proper planning and supervision of rendered professional services.
